Your students want to go abroad. We make sure they actually do.
The Bologna Process set a target of 20% graduate mobility by 2020. The actual rate today is 9.4%. We help universities close that gap with verified placements, full compliance support, and end-to-end student care.
Everything your international office needs, in one place
International offices are under-resourced and over-stretched. We handle the operational complexity so your team can focus on academic quality and student relationships.
Verified placements
Every placement partner is vetted for quality, welfare standards, and legal compliance. We do not send students to unverified organisations.
Full documentation
Tripartite agreements, learning agreements, ECTS documentation, evaluation forms - all prepared, coordinated, and returned to your office.
Student welfare
24/7 emergency support, wellbeing check-ins during placement, and a dedicated support contact for every student throughout their journey.
Global reach
25+ destinations across 5 continents. Europe, Southeast Asia, Southern Africa, and more. One partner covers the full breadth your students are asking for.
Programme alignment
Erasmus+ (EU), Turing Scheme (UK), SEMP (Switzerland), IISMA (Indonesia), and more. We understand the grant mechanisms and can support funding applications.
Student platform
Every student gets access to our platform - preparation checklists, budget tools, community, proposal tracking. Visible progress for your office, transparent journey for students.
Aligned with the programmes your students use
We don't just place students. We understand the funding mechanisms, grant requirements, and documentation workflows behind the programmes that make international study possible.
Erasmus+
The world's largest student exchange programme. We support Erasmus+ traineeship mobility for students from all 27 EU member states plus associated countries. Learning agreements, grant documentation, final reports - all coordinated.
Turing Scheme
The UK's post-Brexit global exchange programme. We support Turing-funded international placements for students from UK universities, with particular focus on students from disadvantaged backgrounds (60%+ of Turing participants).
SEMP - Swiss-European Mobility Programme
Switzerland's alternative to Erasmus+, covering both study exchange and internships abroad. We work with Swiss universities to align SEMP-funded internship mobility with our placement destinations.
IISMA - Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards
Indonesia's government-funded international mobility programme. Full scholarship coverage including tuition, accommodation, living allowance, and airfare. We're aligned with IISMA's growing co-funding track.
SU Abroad (Denmark)
Danish state education stipend that can be taken abroad. Danish students can maintain their SU grant for approved internship periods. We advise on SU eligibility for each destination.
National & bilateral programmes
Beyond the major programmes, we support students accessing DAAD grants, OeAD mobility schemes, Nuffic partnerships, Campus France initiatives, and bilateral exchange agreements specific to your institution.
International internships transform graduate outcomes
Universities are under pressure to demonstrate the employability impact of their programmes. International internship experience is one of the strongest predictors of positive graduate outcomes in the research literature.
Less likely to face long-term unemployment
Erasmus students are 50% less likely to face long-term unemployment than non-mobile peers, with a 23% lower unemployment rate five years post-graduation.
Erasmus Impact Study, European Commission - 75,000-student longitudinal studyOffered a position at their host organisation
More than 1 in 3 Erasmus trainees were offered a position at the organisation where they completed their placement - a direct pipeline from internship to employment.
Erasmus Impact Study, European CommissionReport increased confidence after mobility
95% increased confidence, 93% curiosity, 90% tolerance, 89% emotional stability. A 42% average increase in measured personality traits vs. non-mobile students.

Signal interest for your institution
Not a commitment - just a starting point. Tell us about your institution and we'll follow up with a conversation about what a partnership could look like for your students.
What universities ask us
Yes. We prepare learning agreement templates aligned with Erasmus+ requirements, coordinate the signature process between student, host organisation, and university, and return completed documentation to your international office. We handle this for all Erasmus+-eligible destinations in our network.
All placement partners sign a formal agreement with us committing to meaningful work (not menial tasks), qualified supervision, safe work environments compliant with local law, bi-weekly student feedback, and a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Every student has a 24/7 emergency contact with us throughout their placement.
We are not exclusive. Universities typically offer multiple routes to international placements - DIY, through IAESTE, AIESEC, or through us. What we offer is breadth (25+ destinations), depth of support (end-to-end welfare and documentation), and consistency (the same quality standards across every placement).
We prepare the learning agreement and evaluation documentation required for ECTS credit recognition. The decision on credit transfer remains with your institution and academic coordinator - we do not award credits ourselves. We make the documentation process as straightforward as possible and follow your institutional requirements.
Our Full Service placement fee starts from EUR 649-749 depending on the student's home market. This is separate from any Erasmus+ grants the student receives from their university. Erasmus+ grants go directly to students and are not paid to us. Students can and regularly do use both - the grant covers living costs, our fee covers the placement and support services.
Yes. For universities that wish to formalise the relationship, we offer an institutional partnership agreement that defines responsibilities, documentation workflows, and contact points on both sides. Many universities find this useful for internal approval processes. Contact Larysa to receive a draft.
